FROM BERRY TO BOTTLE

We do not use selected yeasts, nor other oenological or technical products that could influence the wine in its natural development. Sulfur dioxide is limited to a maximum of 50 mg / l, unfiltered.
The grapes come from our vineyard and from small suppliers located between Bolzano and Trento. In 2018 we received the organic certification. We currently produce around 10,000 bottles of wine per year.
